My name is Amy. I am a wife, a full-time mother of 2 active children PLUS a full-time 3rd grade teacher. My days are filled to the max, and I barely sit still. I "ping-pong" every-which-way and am always on the move. I love to cook and escpecially love to feed others. I love to try new recipes and alter them to meet my needs. :) My husband, Meang, never complains about my food. I'm unsure if that's a good or a bad thing. When I'm cooking, I also have to deal with Alyssa (5 years old) and Austin (2 1/2 years old). Both kids are all over the kitchen floor while I'm busy cooking away..hence my blog name: My So Crazy Kitchen. But at the end of the day, all of our tummies are filled. I go to bed feeling accomplished and happy. And I dream about food. :)
